Role


	Bonyan’s role in relation to real estate investments is to provide Bayan and its clients with the professional and technical services required for the planning, design, construction, operation and project management of real estate development projects in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible in accordance with the overall Bayan’s goals. Also another role for Bonyan is to establish and manage real estate funds and portfolios of various real estate properties.
Objectives
	Bonyan Real Estate Company, A Kuwaiti Shareholding Company – Closed, established in 2004 for the purpose of developing real estate properties on behalf of the company inside and outside Kuwait. Other strategic objectives of the company include: Buying and selling shares of real estate properties and companies inside and outside Kuwait. Providing consultancy services in relation to real estate investment sector. Conducting building and facility maintenance operations including civil, mechanical, electrical, air-conditioning and all works necessary for building sustainability and safety. Organising real estate exhibitions to promote special real estate projects. Promoting real estate development projects in partnership with other real estate companies by establishing and managing Real Estate Investment Funds. Direct participation in building infrastructure for BOT projects.
